Alphea supports team offsites and leadership retreats that create space for alignment, clarity and shared responsibility — whether a team is at the beginning of a transition or already working through its challenges.
Our work builds on nearly a decade of experience accompanying organisations on the path toward self-organisation. The coaches working at Alphea are part of the same organisational group that has been practising and developing these approaches within its own companies for years. From this experience, structured programmes have emerged around themes such as leadership development, collaboration and decision-making in evolving organisations.
At the same time, teams are welcome to arrive with their own questions. Our coaches can accompany existing processes or design a team offsite or strategy retreat tailored to the situation a team is currently navigating.

Alphea offers a setting for coaches, consultants and facilitators who are looking for a place that quietly supports their work and for everyone who is looking to host a retreat in Mallorca in a calm and supportive environment.
Rather than a traditional seminar venue, the finca provides a calm and thoughtfully prepared environment where programmes can unfold at their own pace. The surrounding landscape, shared spaces and slower rhythm of the place often help participants settle quickly and engage more fully with the work.
We take care of the practical side of hosting. Accommodation, meals and day-to-day logistics are organised in the background so you can focus fully on your participants and the experience you want to create.
For facilitators who are hosting retreats regularly, Alphea provides a reliable and well-prepared venue. For those organising a retreat for the first time, we can also offer guidance in shaping the structure of the programme and planning the overall experience.
Over time we have built a trusted network of local partners — from chefs and bodywork practitioners to guides, transport providers and additional facilitators. If you would like to enrich your retreat with additional elements, we are happy to help organise them.
Some facilitators arrive with a fully developed programme. Others prefer to shape parts of the experience together with us. Both approaches are welcome at Alphea.
