The finca and its spaces

Rooms

Nine double rooms offer flexible twin or king configurations, each with a private bathroom. Selected rooms feature a bathtub for added comfort.
Communal kitchen

A welcoming space for shared meals, informal conversations and quiet moments throughout the day.
Garden and terraces

Several small and larger terraces and a garden of approx. 4,000 m² offer generous outdoor space for conversation, reflection and time in the open air.
Seminar room

A seminar room with modern technical equipment accommodates groups of up to eight people. An additional larger multi-use space supports bigger groups and can be adapted to a variety of working formats.

Why Alphea was created

Alphea1570 did not begin as an event venue, but as the kind of place Annabel herself had long been missing in working life — a setting that allowed true depth, combined with beauty and presence.

The 16th-century finca offers something difficult to describe yet immediately felt: a quiet quality that gives space to thought and human connection.

“Initially, I questioned why our offsite needed to take place in Mallorca rather than closer to home. Looking back, the change of setting proved essential.
